The Reflection, Objective, Movement and Action (ROMA) Model©: A Framework for Restorative Supervision has been developed by the Romani and Traveller Social Work Association.

It has been piloted recently, and tonight’s session will be led by Allison Hulmes, social work academic and first Romany and Traveller representative on the International Federation of Social Workers, who will discuss the model’s stages and its outcomes so far.
