BASW Survey 2025 Terms and Conditions

Participation in the survey is voluntary. Each participant may only complete the survey once and any duplicate submissions will be excluded. BASW staff are excluded from participating in this survey.

Responses will be collected and used solely for the purposes described in the survey. Data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and the BASW’s privacy policy. 

Survey participants must opt into the prize draw at the end of the survey. The survey organiser reserves the right to withhold or withdraw rewards from the prize draw if multiple submissions or fraudulent activity are detected. 

One winner and two runners up will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The winner will receive a £100 M&S gift voucher and two runners-up will each receive a £50 M&S gift voucher. No cash or other alternative is available. Winners will be contacted directly by email and the prize must be claimed within four weeks.
