I am an experienced and dynamic social work practitioner with over 20 years of practice in frontline children's services, 7 of which have been at Team Manager level or senior interim roles. My career spans safeguarding, court processes, and service improvement. I have excellent report writing and analytical skills and been working as an Expert Witness for over 18 months across Local Authorities in London. I implement a strength based approach to empower children and families, whilst applying systemic and trauma informed practice, to assess the needs of the family with the child remaining central within my assessments.
