Now working across all of Wales, I have extensive experience in working with the Mental Capacity Act (MCA), Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), and the Mental Health Act (MHA), I specialise in translating these complex laws into practical, person-centered solutions. My background also includes completing an LLM with Distinction in Mental Health and Social Care Law at Cardiff University.
